  • All of our products are designed and manufactured in Canada.

  • Please click any of the inquire buttons on the product(s) you are interested in or email us directly at info@roancollection.com and our concierge team will assist you.

  • We currently ship within North America. All shipping quotes are generated separately from furniture estimates. International shipments are subject to duties taxes and other fees at the expense of the client.

  • Lead times vary across all of our pieces and are listed within the product descriptions on our website. Lead times are confirmed via email communication. Production begins once payment has been received.

  • Yes, almost all of our collection is customizable. Upholstered items require customers own material which we can facilitate with you.

  • Yes, we can send material samples for review.

  • Given the handcrafted nature of our collection, all sales are considered final.

  • We request that all damage claims be made within 48 hours of receipt. This allows us to properly investigate how the damages may have occurred and take the necessary action in a timely fashion to rectify the situation.
